How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the courier company's website.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, however, if you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Is your packaging recyclable?
As L`Adore, we prioritize environmental awareness by using biodegradable, recyclable, food-compatible packaging. You can see our proud FSC emblem on our packaging, indicating this. In addition to product packaging, we also prefer fully recyclable kraft paper materials in cargo and operational processes.
Do you test on animals?
L`Adore products are never tested on animals, and we do not request such a thing from our solution partners. We proudly carry our PETA certificate. Most of our products are plant-based, and you can see this with the "Vegan" label.
2. Product Questions
Do your products contain parabens or synthetic additives?
Paraben is a compound commonly used as a preservative and is found especially in food, medicine and cosmetic products. Our products are completely free of these ingredients, we stay away from the harmful substances specified in the European Union regulations, we do not use synthetic coloring or fragrance ingredients. The smell you get from our products is completely from plant components. Moreover, our preservatives are in the "green" category, which represents the safest scale in EWG standards.
Do your products contain alcohol?
In our products, those that do not contain alcohol in any variant are stated as "Alcohol-Free". In some of our products, the alcohol group known as "moisturizing alcohol", which does not thin or irritate the skin, but rather increases the moisture of the skin, can be used. Do your products contain dyes?
We do not use any synthetic colorants in our products and will always do so.
Do your products contain essences or perfumes?
Our products do not contain artificial (synthetic) fragrance ingredients, we care about sensitive skin and we know the harmful effects of fragrance ingredients on the endocrine system and allergies.
Do your products contain animal ingredients? Are they suitable for vegans?
Our priority is for our products and all the raw materials they contain to be plant-based, which is why we proudly carry our "Vegan" certificate. We are also against animal testing, and we reflect this on our products with the phrase "cruelty-free".
Are your products registered with the Ministry of Health?
All of our products are included in the Ministry of Health's Product Tracking System (ÜTS) records. You can verify your products from the Cosmetic Product Listing section in the ÜTS system with your barcode number.
I am pregnant or breastfeeding, can I use your products?
Pregnancy and breastfeeding are special periods when skin vitamins and nutrients should be used with caution. You can start using the product by consulting your physician.
Are your products suitable for people with fungal acne problems?
Our Lotus series products are all specially designed for skin prone to fungal acne and can be used safely. However, it is important to consult your doctor before use to avoid any health problems.
I have sensitive skin, which of your products can I use?
If you have sensitive skin, you should stay away from acidic active ingredients. If you need, you can contact us for expert support or use it by consulting your physician.
Do your products cause pilling?
Our products are specially formulated to not cause any hair growth on the skin and can be used safely.

What payment methods do you accept?
L'Adore uses the IYZICO payment systems infrastructure. Accordingly, you can make payments with various payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, Troy, American Express.
Do you offer installment payment options?
When you make payment at the last stage of your shopping, you will be directed to the IYZICO page where IYZICO offers installment payment options for Bonus, World, Maximum, CardFinans, Paraf, Axess and Advantage cards.

4. Shipping and Delivery Questions
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipments are delivered within 2-7 business days from the date the order is shipped. However, delivery times may take longer due to adverse weather conditions, public holidays or shipping variables.
How much is the delivery fee?
We have a lower limit application for your shipments within Türkiye. Generally, when you buy two products, the shipping cost is covered by us.
